Ticket Information

ALL SEATS ARE RESERVED - In the interest of our guests' comfort and safety, seating at the 2011 Affair of the Arts is strictly limited to the first 400 reservations, a reduction of 80 seats from last year. Therefore, it is anticipated that An Affair of the Arts will once again be sold-out. Early reservations are also encouraged because of our Chef's food ordering deadline of 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 22.

Ticket Prices

Due to increases in food costs in just one year, we can no longer include the entire dinner in the Palustris event ticket price. Therefore, this year's banquet will require a $10 dinner surcharge added to the $25 admission, making the total event price $35 per person - still considered a remarkably good value for a black tie evening of food, dancing, and entertainment. Once again, a cash bar (beer and wine only) will benefit the highly regarded "Adopt-A-Dancer" scholarship program of the Carolina Performing Arts Center in Southern Pines.

The best way to order tickets is to contact Mary Lou Bernett at mlbernett@nc.rr.com (or call 910-692-8839). Seating is assigned, from the dance floor out, in the order that payment is received. Those desiring a complete table of ten, or those with smaller groups wishing to be seated together, should express that desire when ordering tickets.
